Reporting a problem
Include your device model, operating-system version, PigeonLoft version and the steps leading to the problem. You may attach a screenshot after hiding information you do not want to share. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details. Send an original pedigree only if you choose to and have the right to share it.
Reading a pedigree
Choose a clear photo showing the complete page without glare. Review recognized information before saving. Tap a pedigree card and choose editing to correct or complete its text. Automatic recognition may include errors or omissions.
Your records
In this version, records are stored on your device; PigeonLoft sign-in and online synchronization are disabled. Keep a backup before deleting the app or changing devices. A CSV list export is not a full backup of photos and all app data.
Official results
Importing official results is optional and requires internet access and a personal account with the results provider. You can use the rest of the app without this connection.
Availability
The version described here is free. A Pro subscription is not required for the features available in this version.
